Description: Shed body fat and ignite your inner warrior to get strong, fit and toned! Burn stress and learn proper drills! This 45 minute workout consists of three phases. Boxing and kicking drills, resistance training and fat loss drills. Punch, kick, duck & roll your way using squats and burpees in between to strengthen your mind & body! Designed by a real life martial artist.
