New Year Meditation Series

An event every week that begins at 7:30pm on Monday, repeating until February 24, 2020
Join us for a four-part New Year Meditation Series dedicated to achieving goals, feelings of gratitude, channeling creativity, and cultivating love. This meditation series will also include candles and lavender aromatherapy.
Dates: Mondays, February 3, 10, 17 & 24
$18 for a single session

Week one: Creative Goal Setting Visualization! This is a powerful and fun meditation that helps you reprogram your subconscious beliefs and help you reach your goals faster!
Part Journaling part Guided meditation. This class will help you to creatively Visualize what it will feel like to live your heart’s deepest desires. This technique will not only make you feel good in the moment which is the basis for manifesting your dreams but help you to take inspired action towards reaching your goals faster! Please bring paper and a pen!
Week two: Gratitude Meditation
When we are in the feelings of gratitude and joy, miracles can happen and we can attract more of what we are grateful for in our lives! We learn in this practice to shift from a perspective of lack to one of abundance and joy!
Week three: Calm Space Visualization
This is a powerful technique that helps relieve stress and anxiety by focusing the mind on peaceful and serene images!
Week Four: Loving-kindness Meditation
This visualization meditation is a powerful positive tool for cultivating love, compassion for oneself and all beings. It helps us to remember how we are all connected and united by the fundamental desire to be happy and to feel love!
