Learn the fundamentals of rebuilding core strength and making a safe return to exercise after childbirth in this educational and experiential workshop. Get introduced to key postnatal recovery concepts including how to:
● Breathe, align your body, and move in a way that builds a strong, functional core for all your physical activities including mothering.
● Manage and improve core/pelvic problems like diastasis recti, incontinence and prolapse (includes diastasis recti check)
● Modify and progress your exercise routine for a safe postnatal recovery.
Ideal for new and veteran moms who have diastasis recti, trouble “down there” or simply want expert guidance on postnatal fitness.
Pre-crawling babies optional. Participants must be cleared for exercise by your doctor or midwife.
