WholeCore Restore Workshop with Mary V

Take some “me time” in 2019 to learn the fundamentals of postnatal core recovery and fitness with this educational and experiential workshop where you will:
● Get to know your WholeCore – where it is, what it does and why it’s critical for a successful postnatal recovery
● Learn how to breathe, align your body, and move in a way that builds a strong, functional core for all your physical activities.
● Learn how to manage and improve core/pelvic problems like diastasis recti, incontinence and prolapse; includes diastasis recti check
● Get a taste of Mary’s WholeCore Restore sessions.
Ideal for new and veteran moms who have diastasis recti, trouble “down there” or simply want expert guidance on safely rebuilding core strength and resuming exercise after childbirth. Reclaim your core and feel great in your body!
