Yoga for Labor & Birth Couples Workshop

This workshop helps you find the courage & comfort you’ll need during the birthing process. By learning coping strategies which include movement, massage, breath, visualization, vocalization your partner can provide emotional support & together you  can manage the intensity of childbirth. You and your partner will get the opportunity to explore the process of labor & discover the strategies that might work best for your birthing plan. While the approach of labor is from a yogic perspective, no previous yoga experience is necessary. Couples at all stages of pregnancy are welcome. The information that you take away from this workshop can be used in any birth setting.
